What if I ordered the wrong size or color of curtains?
A: If you realize you've made a mistake with the size or color, please contact us at sunfoldvip@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipping: We can easily update or cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the fastest processing.

After Receiving the Items: Don't worry! Since we sell standard fixed-size curtains, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If the curtains don't fit your space or the color isn't what you expected, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the curtains must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality related returns (such as ordering the wrong size or color).
Q: What should I do if I can't place an order or make a payment on the site?
A: We are sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, we accept payments exclusively via PayPal to ensure a secure transaction process. If you are having trouble paying, please follow these steps:

- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 Business Days.

If I order a quantity of 1, will I get 2 panels?
A: It depends on the specific product option you select:

If the product title or option says "1 Panel": You will receive one single panel.

If the product title or option says "Set of 2" (or "2 Panels"): You will receive two panels.
Please carefully check the Product Title and the Size/Quantity option you selected before adding the item to your cart.
