What if I ordered the wrong size or color of curtains?

A: If you realize you've made a mistake with the size or color, please contact us at sunfoldvip@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Before Shipping: We can easily update or cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the fastest processing.

  • After Receiving the Items: Don't worry! Since we sell standard fixed-size curtains, we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If the curtains don't fit your space or the color isn't what you expected, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the curtains must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality related returns (such as ordering the wrong size or color).

Q: What should I do if I can't place an order or make a payment on the site?

A: We are sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, we accept payments exclusively via PayPal to ensure a secure transaction process. If you are having trouble paying, please follow these steps:

  1. Check PayPal Connection: Ensure your PayPal account is active and has a linked, valid funding source (bank account or card).

  2. Pay via Credit/Debit Card (No Account Needed): If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay as a guest. Select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal login pop-up page to complete your purchase securely.

     
  3. Check Billing Address: Make sure the billing address entered matches the information on file with your bank or PayPal.

  4. Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser's cache or switching to a different browser (like Google Chrome or Safari).

How do I change my order?

If you need to change the details of your order, such as size, lining, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. You can send us a change request by emailing sunfoldvip@gmail.com and they will assist you.For price changes, we will refund it to your payment account or send you an invoice. Please note that details can only be changed before the order enters the shipping process. Once the curtains have been shipped, no details can be changed.Please forgive us for any inconvenience we may cause you.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Our custom orders usually ship within 7-15 business days of your purchase.You will receive an email with a tracking number to let you know when your order has arrived.
 

How long will my items arrive?

For all orders within the United States, please refer to the following timeframes:
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Transit Time: 7 - 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 Business Days.
 

What should I do if the shipment is damaged or lost in transit?

1. Take pictures of the damaged package.2. Report the damage or loss to the carrier.3. Contact us at sunfoldvip@gmail.com and we will help to fix it (if the carrier confirms the loss, will help to retrieve or recreate it).

How do I track my order?

What are the benefits of choosing lined curtains over unlined ones?

Unlined curtains are at a higher risk of being damaged by sunlight or fading over time. Curtains are both stylish and practical tools to enhance your space. For this reason, we recommend that you choose the right lining for your curtains.

How do I wash and care for it?

Machine or hand wash gently in cold water.Hang to dry or tumble dry low.Wipe clean and dry clean, do not bleach.Steam iron when fabric is still damp. Some fabrics become heavier as they absorb water, so we recommend you use an all-in-one washing machine when your curtains become larger.
 

If I order a quantity of 1, will I get 2 panels?

A: It depends on the specific product option you select:

  • If the product title or option says "1 Panel": You will receive one single panel.

  • If the product title or option says "Set of 2" (or "2 Panels"): You will receive two panels.

Please carefully check the Product Title and the Size/Quantity option you selected before adding the item to your cart.
