At Sunfold, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent shopping experience. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
A. Returns Due to Our Responsibility
We will provide a full refund or a free replacement (including all shipping costs) if the product you received has:

Material or manufacturing defects.

The wrong size or color (relative to your original order).

Significant differences from the description on our website.
B. Returns Due to Customer Reasons
For made-to-order items (including drapes and curtains), if you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, dislike of color, texture, or style):

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse in China.

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

Support: Free fabric swatches can be offered for future purchases to ensure a perfect match.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Items where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.

Items that have been used, washed, stained, or altered after delivery.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at sunfoldvip@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

For defective or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide you with the Return Address and packing instructions via email.

Returns must be sent back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, Sunfold will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
