To provide the best value and maintain strict quality control, all our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer premium products at competitive prices without middleman markups.
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or additional handling charges at checkout.
For all orders within the United States, please refer to the following timeframes:
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Transit Time: 7 - 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 15 Business Days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Sales Tax: Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Import Duties: For customers in the USA, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties. We strive to ensure a smooth delivery process with no unexpected fees upon arrival.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
